Returns and Exchanges:

All returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. If you need to return an item please contact hello@brazenjames.com as soon as possible. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the condition they were received. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and odor free. We refuse the right to return if any of the above conditions are not met. The following items are final sale and may not be returned: swimwear, bralettes/intimates, hair accessories, custom items, and sale items.

We do offer exchanges for an item in a different size. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges in the event of an exchange. Items may only be exchanged as long as we are still carrying the specific item, otherwise a refund or credit may be offered. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving an item to request an exchange. The item must be unworn and unwashed and we must receive your item within 10 days of the USPS delivery date.

 

Shipping:

All items typically ship within 48hours unless otherwise specified. Custom orders will take longer and will be specified when finalizing the order. Items typically ship First Class mail through USPS or may be upgraded to priority for an upcharge. Once your order has shipped please allow 3-6 days for US delivery. Shipping times are only an estimate and not guaranteed by the postal service. Delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package is shipped. Shipping may take longer during busy times and holidays.  

Brazen James is not responsible  for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked delivered but are "not received" are the responsibility of the customer and their local post office. Please contact your local post office for these rare occurrences.

 

Handmade and Custom Orders:

Brazen James does offer custom orders but the owner will make any final decision on custom orders. Custom and handmade orders may have additional turn around time. All these items will be discussed and finalized with the owner prior to ordering. Once custom orders have been placed the order is final and no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Handmade and custom items may have slight variation which is natural, but it is part of what makes each handmade item unique and special.
